Hi,

I just moved to the Silicon Valley (Saratoga, California), does anyone have any experience in getting a professional installer to install BEV here?

Thank you.

I am sure that anyone in the area that installs DTV systems could do the work for you if you had the co ordinates for Nimiq the Canuck satellite that Bell receives it's signals from . Good luck !

Learn to do it yourself. You don't want a DirecTV installer to know that you are subbing BEV, i.e. lost revenue for DirecTV to a service that's not supposed to be available in the U.S.

It's very easy to install DBS. It only takes 10-15 minutes. The last time I did it (last week), it even took me 0 second to peak the signal.

Set elevation, set azimuth, connect, power up.

Boom! peak signal.

Granted, it's also a first time for me that I don't have to move the dish around to get peak signal.
