That's what happens when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Somebody over there forgot to tell the pilot about the excerise.

This is just retarded... Doesn't the pilot have to get authorization to let loose when he doesn't know what's going on? If there was a firefight down there, wouldn't he need to know who's who so he knows who to bomb?

Very sad and unfortunate. We hear of these accidents occasionally happening but usually they are U.S. forces. This sure hits home. This is a time to be even prouder of the Canadian soldiers risking their lives to fight terrorism, not to criticize the misfortunes which unfortunately are a part of war.

The worst part is do we really have to be involved in there?
after all they have more military power than we have (remember seeing in the News paper a Canadian Army truck with a red Tag saying " UNSAFE TO DRIVE" Man... this is scary that only a few died yet due to the ages of the equipments...
(Like Mr Hotz was saying a good way to stop that war is to Jump right in the Middle and screem "Stop We Brought Bacon for Everyone"...)

The responsible people should be court martialed and charged with manslaughter

Now the Pentagon is reporting that the pilot had no authorization to drop bombs. If this is true, a quick court martial is certainly called for.

Funny was this one.
I don't call it a war but a farce, but that's another story.
Canada sends troops and they get killed on the back by so-called friends.
Being a soldier sucks, can't trust no one...

Trust No One is the slogan on X-Files.

It's time for nationalism & pride to rise again in Canada. JC puts too much wimpy trust in the US. Even when he knows that their biases are not our biases.
The Middle East is a prime example. The American public doesn't seem realize how Israel, takes American money $3Billion/year, invests some of it in buying off 6 or 10 of the top US politicians; and then shows the world how 3 million people can tell the all powerful Bush to stuff it. Yes sir the American taxpayer pays every Israeli $1000 us/year.
There is no reason now for Canada to be Bush's lapdog. You see it's Canada, Venezuela and Russia that have the US over the oil barrel - not the Arabs. It's just that the peasants and politicians in these 3 countries are too out of it to wield the real power.

Let's hope the next round of free-trade, water rights and soft-wood lumber discussions go a bit smoother.
