I have a calibrated widescreen tv,and i have found a big difference in picture colour from different sources.*c has a green tint on blacks,and the blank screen is very dark green,ie.listening to music.when i switch to direct tv,the blank screen goes perfectly black,and all the green problem disappears.The home theatre receiver does the video and audio switching,so the same s-video cable is used in the same input to the tv for both satellites.I switched s-video cables from the satellite recievers,but no change.If i switch the colour temp setting from warm to medium,this clears up a lot of the green problem,but changes the blank screen to a dark blue grey colour.This is pointing to a big difference in signal quality from the two satellite recievers.Has anyone else run across this type of problem before? Could the co-ax from the *c dish cause a problem like this.
Any and all sugestions would be be appreciated.
