I know you are handling them now, but you don't want to plug yourself, so I'll ask, how are they performing?

Have you taken one home and tried it out for hours on end?
is it quiet?, bright? are the blacks well, black?
does it handle 480p well, does it down convert 1080i well?

(you know, the usual list of questions).

My first customer just picked up his unit yesterday and is to report back after the weekend. He knew so much about the darn thing that I think actually getting one was a bit anti-climactic for him!

He previously had an NEC LCD projector.

Hey Geoff, are you feeling energetic, looks like someone needs to know about the glories of a CRT projector over LCD. I'm going to be lazy and direct these fine people over to www.avscience.com (http://www.avscience.com)

Do a search for LCD vs. CRT. the knowledge and resources here are unbelievable. If you don't care about plug and play projectors, and don't mind a bit of a challenge setting a CRT up, you get yourself into a good CRT for around $3500 cdn. shipped. If you are in or near a large center you can get an ISF tech to do the setup.
