View Full Version : TV SCREEN SIZE & PQ & HDTV & PIXLES PER LINE?

Could someone answer a question that is somewhat a puzzle to me? I have always heard that small the TV Screen is the better the PQ is something to do with Pixle per line or something to that nature. Now for HDTV since I got one the PQ is unbelieve, but I heard even on this Discussion Forum, that HDTV TV's tend to give a better PQ on HDTV TV SETS than either Rear or Foward HDTV Projection Screen TV's. I'm not sure as to why this. But if this case wouldn't a 14" 16:3/4:3 Ratio HDTV TV SET have a better PQ then lets say a 36" 16:3/4:3 Ratio HDTV TV SET? To be honest, I've never real seen any HDTV TV SET below a 32" screen size be it from SONY, HITACHI, JVC, RCA, and the many others in the market place. Is the a limit to HDTV be it 16:3 or 4:3 ratio that the HDTV "loses" it effect for viewing? Is basically 32" and up truely basic the limits for HDTV? Sorry for all the questions, just curious aboutthis stuff.

Please re - read your post and re- write it.
It make no sense what so ever.
cut back on the "ludes". /forums/images/icons/wink.gif okee - dokee?

and you would probably get a better response from the HDTV forum aswell.

If your asking , is their HD below 32" , then the answer is yes.
Your computer monitor will do just fine.
