Double returns vs paragraph breaks

Well, I found the FAQ that suggested doing double Returns to create paragraph breaks. But it doesn't work for me. Not even quadruple Returns. What's up?




I'm using IE5 on a Mac.

It should work, hopefully someone else here has a Mac and can help you out.
