HD dual sat question... is it working?

I had my SC sat upgraded to the dual-sat when they did the upgrade for HD customers.... I think my local HT supplier signed me up for the HD channels even though I didn't buy an HD-200 (at the time). Back in the single satellite days I could turn to channel 290 and get the scrambled picture with audio. Now, after the HD content was moved back the the secondary satellite I get the red-light inidicator when I set the channel to 290 and the waiting for response message on the screen. Does this mean they never setup the second LNB? Or am I missing a multi-switch or some other part? Is there a foreign channel on the same satellite that I could try... I'm assuming I would get the unsubscribed message if I could lock on to the channel...

Check out 728 Meteo - you should get a "not subscribed" message if E2 is aligned and your multiswitch hooked up correctly
