I am looking to buy this receiver and I have 2 questions:
1. Does this system use oval dish?
2. What is the diffrence between the 6000 model and the 6020?
Thanks

BellExpressvu uses a round dish, usually 18" or 24"..
The 24" will provide a stronger signal...
6000 is a receiver only and 6020 is a system (receiver with 18" dish)..
When BellExpressvu starts broadcasting from 2 satellites in about 1 year they will start using a dish that is capable of reception from 2 satellites..This new dish will probably be the same as the Dishnetwork500 dish that is used in the US...

If you don't have a dish already you will need to purchase a system: 6020 or simply tell whom ever you are purchasing it from that you need a 6000 system complete with a dish..
My opinion is do not wait...This stuff is a bit like computers, constant change...you could wait forever, since there will always be something better coming soon!!

The 6000 should work with a dual-lnb system just fine. The only upgrade you would need would be to either replace your dish with an oval dish and multi-switch or to simply get a second dish with a multi-switch. And as mentioned the 6020 is just a way to get that first 18" dish along with the 6000 reciever. (In other words the reciever will still be a 6000.) So there is no need to wait, or you could get just a 6000 and buy an oval dish right now as it will work just fine with only one LNB (that's what I have since I used to have DirecTV.. and yes those dishes work just fine with BEV) until they add the second Sat.
