Just wondering for those that did not call BEV to get the HD nets, if they turned them off on 10/31 as promised.

I called yesterday, and had to switch from Deluxe to Super 7 to get them for free.

Ended up lowering my bill as I had added some diginets to my deluxe package that now are in a theme, but lost many other channels.

Just checked, still have all the nets (including TSNHD), and I haven't called them. I'm already a Super 7 subscriber though, so hopefully I won't have to do anything.

I figured so much, all the misinformation on BEV's HD pricing.

Last month I called asking if Deluxe subs would be charged for HD Nets, I was told No. The CSR would set up my account so I was not charged.

Then I get the bill, its for double what I normally pay, was even charged for HD Nets during the free period.

Called back yesterday, and was told everyone had to pay $9.95 for HD nets even if you have US Nets. Anyhow the CSR checked and found that HD Nets can be added as a theme to Super 7 packs, and I switched.

Now paying less than before, with less channels, but HD.

I write this hoping the someone at BEV will inform the CSRs of the HD policy.

No,I did NOT lose my HD NETS. I only have the US netS, plus the hd US nets,I did not lose my HD E. OR W. NETS. What gives, what should I do? I love the HD E & W networks!

So far with Rogers you only pay for the HD Digital Box Rental which is 14.95 and thats it, you get all the HD Channels included. I'm just wondering when the S--t is going to hit the fan with Rogers. That price includes TSN HD, Discovery HD and Sportsnet HD.

I have a package higher than Super 7 and have not called in, still have everything.
I will make the call though, by switching to the HD nets I get both SD and HD without the $1 charge for the west feed.

Nothing is free but if HD was free and now bell is discounting my bill by $1 to watch HD, how much will others discount their subs to watch HD.
If *C does the same thing as bell, *C HD subs with east and west nets will be getting $6.99 off their bill.
It may be time for me to switch back to *C HD. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
